Ryan, Greg Howes, and I go back to Granite Park. It was in 5 period art class that I met Ryan. He, Greg and I were friends for a long, long time.

I remember reading SCIFI in his library, by the human skull, he had. He introduced me to many science fiction writers.

I remember Jim Howard, Greg and him jamming at his house. He was gifted in lyrics and a good bass player. I was at his house when the beatles broke up. We all just sat there stunned.

He was Hitting on a very attractive woman at my wedding, and he just about had the whole table convinced to run off with him. I believe that he was in his car with her until the morning. Greg was pissed. He had to sit in the back of the car. He was waiting the whole night, for Ryan to get him to his car. But once on a mission Ryan never faltered.

Everyone thought he had kicked his bout with cancer. He was showing his kids some shreading, on a board, when he turfed. He banged his head and had to recheck into the Hospital. They found that his cancer was back. There is no cause/effect there, that was the events.

Ryan had the quickest wit and dry wit. He was the best for comebacks.

I miss him very much, he was one of a kind.

Since I had written this message above, I ran into the woman that Ryan was hitting on at my first wedding. My wife and I were buying food at Whole Foods. Her first words were; "You know Ryan died?" Here's to you my friend and teacher for you have again proven how the Hisenberg uncertainity principle truly runs this universe. Or yet still perhaps Alan Watts is correct that this is all a dream of the loney demented mind. If I am wrong and something does exist after death, will you still be laughing? Chance to meet again fellow traveller? More likely not, but pity the both of us for the lack of such a good happen stance.
