Married Sept 69, George entered the Navy in '70' and off we went. Living in Memphis, Tenn for a bit and then off to Ridgecrest, Calif in the Mojave desert, then to Lemoore Calif. Next stop Japan, Viet Nam, Korea, Tai Wan, Pakastan and other little stops in between and yep I stayed in Salt Lake while the sailor traveled!!!
Finally getting back to civilian life went to work, dang raised kids, a whole 2 of them, that was alot of work. Raising grandkids, getting grey, working, a little more grey.
We have a house in Delta that someday we hope to retire to, we also have Lake front property and a house in Delta, this is where we go to jet ski, boat, swim, roast wieners, get a tan and heck no I don't wear no bikini this bod might see shorts time to time, don't wanna scare the fish off!!!!
We have time shares in Las Vegas at Tahiti Village and that will be as far as we get to Tropical, another time share in Park City which we enjoy in the summer because I'm allergic to SNOW!!! freeze!!!
We turn on the Beach Boys and Sonny & Cher and do some cruzin time to car shows, gotta stay a little bit young somehow!!!
We have enjoyed life and are so lovin the Grandkids, and just like everyone else we have had our up's and downs but there has to be a little bit of action to make life adventurous.
Wow, 40 years of marriage and 40 year school reunion, man we are gettin to be "OLDIES" but "GOODIES"..
After 43 years DIVORCED!!
Hope you are all havin a great life and I hope to hear from lot's of you.

School Story:

It was Lagoon Day and we were looking forward to going. Kris Cowley picked me & Vera up for school and we were buzzin down 33rd and bam we see this tire go rollin in front of us and Kris is hangin onto the steering wheel yelling my tire, my tire. Nope we did not make it to Lagoon.
Next, walking from the main building to the old building in the winter and boom I slipped and fell in an unlady like position and that hurt plus we had to wear dresses and that was not a pleasant sight. Sure glad they got to wear pants the next year!! (not fair)
Tony's fries were the best!!
I will always remember the fun times with Renee, Vera, Linda, Kris, Pat, Ruth Ann Baby, Ilene, Cheri, Craig, there were so many fun people Alex Z. Harold D. there were so many of you that I enjoyed knowing and being able to share those golden school years with so long ago.
Hope you all have many more far out and cool days to come!!! "PEACE"
